Screening Features Include:

• Allow - call will go through.
• Block - call will NOT go through.
• Forward - call will be sent to a different phone number.

How to Block a Phone Number - Simple Account

1. Go to the Account Dashboard.
2. Under Call Screening, click on Add a Caller.
3. Customer Caller field will appear.
4. Fill in the phone number.
5. Choose the block action.
